I give her my highest recommendation!

Pat's sincerity and candor in guiding me through the process was superior. Not too much hype, an honest, down-to-earth approach. Exceeded my expectations - delivered on everything discussed at the start! I give her my highest recommendation!

We are so happy with Pat!

Our friend referred Pat Smarto to us and we will recommend her to all our family and friends. Pat searched for our home for 3 years straight and found us our dream home! We are so happy with Pat. We would not have our house if it wasn't for her. She worked hard for us. Thank you once again Pat. We love our home

I would recommend her and Lakes Realty to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Patricia listened to exactly what we were looking for when assisting us with buying a home and made selling our home as easy as the process can be! I would recommend her and Lakes Realty to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
