Marilyn found her love of Real Estate as a child. She helped her father and his associates in their Real Estate office organizing and distributing marketing materials. As the daughter of a full-time Realtor, she experienced firsthand the importance of working with a dedicated professional when undertaking one of the most important financial investments in a lifetime.



Marilyn has been in real estate since 1985 as a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois and a State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser.



Prior to a full-time real estate career, Marilyn worked in retail sales at an anchor store in busy Woodfield Mall and then as a full-time services correspondent for a national distribution company which involved order placement, billing, price placement and logistical strategies.



When she is not helping others find their dream home, she involves herself in the community by volunteering for Habitat for Humanity of McHenry County with appraisal services. For fun, she enjoys hiking and general appreciation of all the nature at the local State Parks 3 Preserves. She also enjoys time at the local shops and restaurants, vendor fairs, car shows and the many outdoor activities the area has to offer.
