Now is the time to take advantage of all of the COOL things to do around the Chain O’Lakes!
🛶 GO KAYAKING 🛶
Choose from one of the many lakes and waterways in our amazing area!
Kayaking allows you to explore the waterways up close.
See the fish and birds and truly enjoy nature. It’s great exercise and the kids love it!
One of the locals recommended the Nippersink Creek with their 12 mile water trail.

🐟 GO FISHING 🐟
This has been a popular sport for hundreds of years.
It’s peaceful and fun for all ages. It’s a way to stay cool this summer.
Kids under 16 can fish without a license. The annual fishing license is only $15 for those 16 years - 64.
Those 65+ can get an annual fishing license for $7.75.

There are several resorts with a beach for swimming:

- Lehmann State Park (available for Lehmann residents only)

- Lake Miltmore - (You must have a Lake Villa Township sticker for access)
- Lindenhurst Beach and Splash Pad
- Meyer’s Beach
